COURSE PHILOSOPHY
Extensive research has gone into creating the right model of education at XDS. We believe that
any education should provide either,
- A Fundamental knowledge that will help an individual to
be a good Human being i.e. acts as a building block to the
society. AND OR
- A vocation i.e. a career / job to the receiving student.
With this in mind and looking at the current requirements of our age, we
have reversed the most commonly used Education Pyramid.
Let's look at how this reversed pyramid has bettered education
at XDS.
Conventional Education Model
It works in a manner that students go through
3 to 4 years of college education and at the end comes out
to search for a job.
Our Model At Work
- We have our strong 1050+ Associate Companies across India,
- We send these associate companies a Form in the beginning
of each year to know of their following requirement, Number
of multimedia professionals required by them in the coming
year - The skill set required by them i.e.
- Software,
- Depth of Knowledge of Software,
- Design & Concept Skills.
Hands on practical work experience though
project and Assignments.
- On basis of the above requirements,
- We open centres across India i.e. looking at the seats
(job openings) required in the coming year, and,
- Design a curriculum based on the requirement shown.
